You can change if you want

People are not inert objects immune to change.
Each of life’s experiences shapes us. The more positive these experiences, the more we thrive and the more we evolve.

Conversely, negative experiences only create insecurity. Many like to repeat ready-made phrases such as “This is my way of being , I cannot change  ” or “ I was born like this, no one can change me  ”.

We can all change,  but for this it is necessary to respect the following two points:

1. Consistency

No change happens overnight. On the contrary, change requires perseverance, diligence and the desire to learn more and more. The most important thing is to try,  however, in the pursuit of your goal you will no doubt make mistakes.

But remember that every triumph inevitably comes with a series of failures. Despite the mistakes made, you will achieve your goal if you can be consistent and optimistic.

2. Thoughts

If you don’t believe in yourself, you’ll never get very far. If you hope to change so that you can think well for yourself, it won’t work.

Change works in the opposite way, because first you have to work on your self-esteem and adopt positive thoughts, then the change will begin. Indeed, no one becomes good if they are constantly told that he or she is bad.

If a child grows up hearing all the time that he is good for nothing, he will have very low self-esteem and will not see the virtues he possesses. It could be that he is brilliant, but he will not seek to develop his talents, as he will never have lived in an environment of support and positivity.

However, when a person reaches adulthood, they can still develop virtues that they did not exploit during childhood. However, the only way to achieve this is  to take upon yourself, to value yourself, to regard yourself with esteem, to love yourself, and to believe in yourself. 

You have to believe in yourself  if you want to change (whatever it is), and fight back, no matter how difficult and slow progress is. If you adopt a positive way of thinking, you will transform yourself,  and your best will surface.

We are all good at something; this is why you have to discover what your talent is and exploit it. Many mistakenly believe that personality is formed during childhood, and that it is not possible to change as you grow up.

It is undeniable that our past conditions us, but we should not hold on to our history thinking that we cannot change it. We look to the past without doing anything in the present to change, and that keeps us from moving forward.

You can start now to accumulate successes that will shape your future, but focus on your thinking and change the refrain from “I can’t” to “ I can do it  ”. Whoever convinces himself that he cannot change will obviously never succeed.

Change happens when we believe that we can change  through persistence and patience. The process of change consists of various stages. In some of them you will feel that you are making progress, while in other stages you will feel that you are not moving any further, or that you are taking one step forward, and two steps back.

These stages could not be more normal, but only people who do not get discouraged by these feelings of blockage, will realize that they have transformed because they tried with all their might, even if it was not. not easy every day and that the expected progress was not always there
